Aimee Jane Byrne is a highly experienced educator and leader from Ireland, with over eight years of teaching experience across the Early Years ages 0-6. She graduated from Portobello College in Ireland with a Montessori Diploma and then went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Education with London Metropolitan University, UK. Aimee has worked in many Early Years Settings in both Ireland and Scotland. She has a wealth of knowledge in children’s development and thrives on making learning as interactive and fulfilling for the children. She enjoys adopting a play-based approach while also incorporating curriculums and standards to her practice.
Aimee is passionate about children’s wellbeing and health and incorporates this into her practice. As a qualified Children’s yoga instructor she enjoys teaching the children the art of mindfulness and stretching to help calm the mind and uses this daily in the classroom.
Aimee moved to Dubai in June 2024 with her partner and is excited to explore Dubai and experience a new way of living. She enjoys an active lifestyle and enjoys activities such as – running, weightlifting and coffee walks! In addition to this, Aimee is looking forward to trying some new activities in Dubai and is excited to take full advantage of the nicer climate.
