Luke Taylor is a highly experienced teacher from England with four years of teaching experience in Physical Education (PE), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH). He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Outdoor Adventure Education from St. Mark & St. John University in Plymouth, England. Following this, Luke completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Secondary Physical Education, specializing in secondary education, also from St. Mark & St. John University in Plymouth. Luke has two years of experience teaching the English curriculum for Physical Education and has spent the last two years teaching the IB curriculum at Bloom World Academy in Dubai.

Luke believes that the emphasis on international-mindedness and independent inquiry within both the PYP and MYP empowers students to make real-world connections and take meaningful action based on their learning.

A dedicated PHE teacher with a passion for all things sports-related, Luke also runs the Duke of Edinburgh scheme for the whole school, encouraging students to grow through physical activities, skill development, and volunteering. His favorite sports include rugby, white water kayaking, freediving, and sailing.
