Matthew Bentley is a dedicated and passionate educator from Sydney, Australia, with extensive experience teaching English and Drama. He holds a Master of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of New South Wales, as well as a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science (Hons) from the University of Newcastle.
Matthew has developed his teaching expertise through the International Baccalaureate and Australian Curriculum, complemented by specialised training in writing-based instruction at Bard College, USA, and advanced pedagogy at Harvard University. He has also held leadership and mentoring roles, supporting colleagues in curriculum design and guiding students in their academic growth development.

Beyond teaching, Matthew enjoys theatre, music, and the arts. An avid traveller, he loves exploring new cultures and perspectives, as well as playing golf and watching cricket. Recently, he relocated to Dubai to join his wife, embracing the region’s rich culture while continuing his commitment to exceptional education.
