Helin Egribayir is a British-qualified educator from the United Kingdom, holding a Bachelor’s from the University of Surrey and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Oxford Brookes University, completed in 2016. With over eight years of teaching experience, she began her career in the UK before relocating to the United Arab Emirates with her husband.
Throughout her teaching journey, Helin has developed a strong foundation in both the British and American curricula, with a particular passion for Early Years education. Her commitment to early childhood development is rooted in the belief that the formative years are critical for laying the groundwork for lifelong learning, emotional well-being, and social growth. She is dedicated to creating nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environments that inspire curiosity and independence in young learners.
Outside of the classroom, Helin enjoys quality time with her energetic three-year-old child, who will also be joining her at BWA, reflecting her strong belief in the school’s ethos and community. She has a love for travel and exploring new cultures, and her hobbies are centered around family-friendly activities such as nature walks, creative play, and discovering child-friendly destinations that create lasting memories together.
