Niamh Quigley is a passionate educator from Ireland with four years experience across a multitude of grades. She graduated from Dublin City University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Education degree (BEd) following four years of various modules and professional placements. She has been engaging with the Irish curriculum for a total of eight years between her studies and her professional career. She has had a positive experience with the Irish curriculum and her personal teaching philosophy focuses inquiry and fostering resilience.
Niamh believes that the process of how children learn and the conclusions they draw from a rich learning environment is equal in value to that of the end goal. She works on fostering a positive growth mindset in her students to prepare them to further their studies and support future success. She focuses on each child’s individual need, nurturing a classroom environment where each child is challenged at their own ability.
She is moving to the UAE from Ireland and is excited to experience a new culture and explore an unfamiliar country. Additionally to having a passion for sport, Niamh loves the outdoors including hiking, walking and swimming.
