Jon Webb

Jonathan Webb-Turner is a highly skilled teacher and senior leader from England with 26 years of experience in a profession he is incredibly proud to be a member of.

He graduated with a Batchelor of Arts (Hons) degree in History from Kent University in Canterbury, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from Exeter University and the National Professional Qualification in Headship from the National College for School Leadership. He has also served as an OFSTED inspector for several years.

Jonathan believes that academic rigour, strong subject disciplinary skills and fostering an intrinsic love of learning is critical to developing the young people of today into the leaders of tomorrow. Underpinning his core belief is his inclusive mindset and determination that any child can succeed with appropriate support.

Jonathan moved to the UAE with his wife and young family in 2026. His family means everything to him. He loves reading, researching history, keeping fit and travelling to learn about unfamiliar cultures.
