Anchen Müller is proudly South African and has resided in Dubai for the past two years. With a rich teaching career spanning 18 years, she brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the educational field. Anchen holds an Honours Degree in Technology Education and is a proud member of the Golden Key Honour Society, a recognition of her academic excellence and commitment to her profession.
She began her teaching journey in Design and Technology, and as her career progressed, she transitioned to teaching Engineering Graphics and Design (EGD). Subsequently, Anchen launched the introduction of the EGD curriculum at a prestigious school in South Africa and her role as Head of Department allowed her to blend her passion for technology with her love for education and management. Throughout her career, she has also embraced the Pastoral Care role as Head of Grade, where she found joy in guiding and supporting students in their personal and academic growth.
Anchen is a devoted wife and a loving mother to three children, Grayson, Scarlett, and their dog, Penelope. On the weekends she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and exploring new places in and around Dubai.
She believes that relationships are the most important aspect of education. Anchen believes that if there is a solid relationship between teacher and student, students will be more inclined to learn and engage. She is convinced that relationships are the cornerstone of effective learning, and these relationships extend beyond the classroom, shaping students’ ability to form meaningful connections throughout their lives. Anchen is excited and committed to fostering such connections at Bloom World Academy.
