Asmaa Khan is a passionate South African educator with over a decade of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Development and Foundation Phase, as well as an Honors Degree in Education, both from University of South Africa, South Africa. She has taught both the International Cambridge Curriculum and the American curriculum, supporting children in building confidence, communication skills, and a love for learning.
Asmaa spent a year and a half teaching and gaining valuable experience in a school in Abu Dhabi before moving to Dubai to begin her journey at Bloom World Academy. Since relocating to the UAE, she has embraced the local culture and values, thoughtfully weaving elements of UAE identity into her classroom experiences. She believes in nurturing the whole child through play-based learning, creativity, and strong relationships built on trust and respect.
Outside the classroom, Asmaa is a published author who has written a novel, Surviving, and contributed short stories to several anthologies. She finds inspiration in nature and especially enjoys spending peaceful moments by the beach. For her, the natural world is a source of calm, creativity, and reflection.
