Casey Collard is a dedicated and nurturing educator from South Africa with nearly a decade of teaching experience across diverse school settings. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of South Africa, Casey has been working in educational environments since 2012, where her passion for teaching and supporting young learners has continued to grow.
In 2015, Casey broadened her educational experience by volunteering at a school in the United States, where she gained valuable insight into international teaching practices. For the past three years, she has been living and teaching in the United Arab Emirates, fully embracing the enriching cultural and professional experience that comes with working in a global setting.
Casey’s classroom is a warm, supportive space that encourages inquiry-based learning, fostering independence, creativity, and a love for exploration among her students. She is passionate about creating meaningful, student-centered learning experiences that empower children to thrive both academically and personally.
Outside of the classroom, Casey enjoys an active lifestyle and loves spending time in nature. Her hobbies include hiking, paddle boarding, cycling, and engaging in creative projects such as crafts and home DIY. A lifelong learner herself, Casey is always seeking ways to grow professionally and personally, and she is enthusiastic about learning from different cultures and educational philosophies.
