Emily Bainbridge is a passionate early years teacher from England, with nine years of experience across nursery and primary school settings. She holds a degree in Professional Studies in Education from Bishop Grosseteste University, UK, where she developed her enthusiasm for supporting young children during the most important stages of their development.
She has worked in a variety of educational settings in both the UK and internationally, supporting children of all abilities, including those with special educational needs and behavioural challenges. These experiences have shaped her nurturing, inclusive, and child-centred teaching approach.
Emily moved to Dubai two years ago with her husband to continue her career in early years education. She is especially passionate about the Curiosity Approach, which influences her teaching philosophy. She believes in creating calm, thoughtfully designed environments that spark children’s natural curiosity and encourage imaginative, independent learning.
Beyond the classroom, Emily loves watching sunsets on the beach and has a strong interest in travel. She enjoys discovering new places and cultures and hopes to see as much of the world as possible.
Emily is excited to be joining the school community and is committed to creating a warm, supportive classroom where every child feels valued and inspired to learn. She looks forward to working in partnership with families to ensure the best start for every child.
