He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Midlands State University, Zimbabwe, a Registered Behavior Technician license (RBT) from Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), USA, and a professional license as Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S) from Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA), USA. Over the course of his career, he has accumulated more than four years of experience working in various educational settings, emphasizing collaborative approaches to support students with diverse needs.

Beyond the classroom, Regai engages in hobbies that reflect his passion for continuous learning and community involvement. He enjoys football, volunteering and chess activities, fostering a well-rounded perspective that benefits his students.

Regai moved to UAE in 2016 and is a loving father of one young daughter. He is a passionate member of a society that strives and believes in positively impacting humanity in all what he does.
