Sarah Sinclair is an accomplished and dedicated leader with over 15 years of teaching experience across schools in England, Kuwait and the UAE. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree, alongside a PGCE, NPQLL and NPQSL, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development and leadership excellence.

Throughout her career, Sarah has led impactful whole-school initiatives focused on curriculum development, literacy across the curriculum and evidence-informed teaching practices. Her work has consistently supported improved student outcomes and strengthened teaching and learning across school communities.

Sarah is widely recognised for the strong, trusting relationships she builds with students, staff and families, as well as the positive culture she creates within school communities. Sarah is committed to inclusive education and ensuring that every student is supported, challenged and inspired to achieve their full potential. She is particularly passionate about staff development, empowering teachers and middle leaders to deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences. Her approach aligns closely with the values of the IB, especially its emphasis on inquiry, international mindedness and developing confident, reflective learners.

Outside of school, Sarah enjoys reading, travelling with her family and experiencing different cultures. She is proud to be part of the Bloom World Academy family, and looks forward to continue contributing to its ongoing success in her role as Deputy Vice Principal.
